CSP Resident Agents
To make beneficial ownership submissions on the Online Services Portal Resident Agents who are Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) will need to view and confirm that they have undertaken and understood the Resident Agent training for the new portal.
The training covers:
- - setting user permissions in the new portal
- - assigning resident agent permissions
- - making a beneficial ownership filing
If you have an administrator role in for your CSP presenter group please contact the Registry to access the Resident Agent training - enquiries@guernseyregistry.com
If you are not an administrator for your CSP presenter group please speak to your administrator(s) about obtaining the relevant permissions to make beneficial ownership filings.
Note: If you are a resident agent that is not a CSP you will need to file a nominated person filing to be able to make beneficial ownership filings. More information is available here Authorised Filer & Nominated Person
