Defaulting LLP
The strike off list in this section gives details of LLP's that have been listed for strike-off under Section 62 of the The Limited Liability Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 2013. Unless cause is shown to the contrary, LLP's listed for strike off will be struck from the Register not less than 2 months from the published date. Those LLP's listed in the 'Struck off' section have now been struck from the Register.
