The Companies (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013

Following The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 coming into force on 1 July 2008 transitional provisions were enacted to manage the transition from the 1994 law to the 2008 law.

Please be advised that The Companies (Transitional Provisions) have now been extended until  31 December 2015.

The Registry has extended the transitional provisions for a further period to enable the approved changes to the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 to come into force in 2014.

Detailed guidance on compliance with these transitional provisions will follow.
