The Registry has recently been receiving Voluntary Winding Up submissions from users who have used the submission type 'Resolution - Voluntary Wind Up Members'.
Please note that this submission type will only result in the resolution being received and added to the records of the company.
Should you wish to actually commence Voluntary Wind Up proceedings then we need you to use submission type 'Voluntary Wind Up'. Once this submission is received the application will be processed and details of the company and the appointed liquidators will be published on our website.
