The list available for download on the right-hand side details companies that have been listed for strike-off under Section 353 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008.
These companies are, in the view of the Registrar, defunct companies.
Unless cause is shown to the contrary, these companies will be struck off the register after 2 months from the date of the notice.
