Nominating Authorised Filers
Only authorised filers can make submissions for Charities/NPOs on the portal (for example to update the details of a Charity/NPO or file the Annual Validation).
The guidance note available below details how to file an Authorised Filer submission on the portal.
As part of the Authorised Filer submission you will need to upload written evidence of the authorised filer's appointment from the managing officials of the Charity/NPO. A template declaration form is available to download below.
