These documents provide information for all charities and other non-profit organisations ("NPOs") on the requirements of The Charities etc. (Guernsey and Alderney) Ordinance, 2021 and the Charities etc. (Amendments, Exemptions, Governance and Specified Amount) (Guernsey and Alderney) Regulations, 2021, referred to as the "legislation".
