Presentations Given on the Charity Legislation & Requirements
A series of presentations, by the Registry, Association of Guernsey Charities and Aspida have been provided to the public explaining the changes to the legislation relating to the charity and NPO sector, guidance on expectations around complying with the legislation and guidance on risk assessments and financial crime policies.
There is also a presentation provided by the Financial Intelligence Service relating to their role with regards to charities and NPO's and the reporting of suspicions relating to charity and NPO activity.
