Steve was born in Guernsey in 1946.Primary school education was in Norfolk, explaining the life-long dedication to Norwich City F.C.

Secondary education at Elizabeth College, Guernsey. After A – Levels left aged 17 to pursue a motley career.

During his twenties Steve had a newsagents business for about 10 years, after this he worked for an insurance company until he joined the Civil Service in 1990.

Steve passed the HNC in Business & Finance soon after joining the Civil Service (scraped IT, pass Accountancy, Economics etc, distinction Marketing, Business Law.)

He has been with the Company Registry for 17 years.

Constable of St Andrews 1978/9, currently a member of Douzaine.

Treasurer of Guernsey Football Association for 3 years and subsequently a Vice-President for a further 3 years.

Steve is married with two sons and two grand-daughters.
