Alex was born in Guernsey in 1989 and educated at Amherst primary school and then at St Peter Port Secondary where he gained 12 GCSE’s at grade C or above.  

He then moved to Guernsey Grammar school sixth form where he completed his A-levels in 2007 gaining an “As” in ICT and three A levels in Media studies, Business Studies and Environmental Science.

In 2007 he joined the Civil Service working for the Intellectual Property Office along side Amanda and John.

In his spare time Alex enjoys practising martial arts he is a member of the Guernsey Jujitsu club, Judo frasciti and the Gracie Barra Channel Island Brazilian jujitsu club.
