The online Services Portal has changed

The Online Services Portal (OSP) has changed to include the first phase of a suite of intellectual property online services.

The additional services that have been released in this first phase are:

Do lookup and trade mark searches of the Bailiwick Trade Marks Register

Make online applications for trade mark registration and supported trade mark registrations

Submit trade mark renewal applications

Request changes to registered proprietor details

Information regarding these new services and user guidance on how to make intellectual property submissions can be found Here

In addition to the introduction of intellectual property online services, you will also see that more information regarding company registry submissions and electronic signatures has been added. This information will differ if you log on as an individual user or if you log on as a Corporate Service Provider or a Regulated Presenter.
