Important Information – Contacting the Registry

Senior staff of the Guernsey Registry are as follows:

Mark Whiteley – Guernsey Registrar of Companies
Helen Proudlove-Gains – Deputy Registrar of Companies
Donna le Tissier – Registry Manager (Performance)

This team of 3 are responsible to ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Registry.

When contacting the Registry it is important to direct telephone enquiries to 01481 743800 or email enquiries to enquiries@guernseyregistry.com.

Specific staff have been trained as ‘champions’ for all parts of our business. Senior Registry staff will be responsible for ensuring that all correspondence is routed to the relevant person to ensure an accurate response.

Calls and correspondence directed to personal ddi numbers or email addresses may get lost in the system if people are away from their desks or out of the office.

Any correspondence that is received by staff to their personal email addresses will be automatically forwarded to the enquiries@guernseyregistry.com email inbox to ensure that they are answered in the most appropriate way. Routing all enquires through a central point will also ensure that we are aware of the total workload for the Registry.

The enquiries@guernseyregistry.com email inbox is checked by senior staff of the registry on a regular basis throughout the day.
