Limited Partnerships

Please note that Limited Partnership applications will be processed in the Registry system and a certificate produced on the same day only if the application is received by 1pm.

The Registry cannot guarantee same day processing for applications received after this deadline, or in circumstances where there is a high volume of Limited Partnership applications or other Registry work.

File Searches

Current live company and limited partnerships files are available for viewing at the Registry during office hours (9:30am - 4:00pm) except Wednesday (which is 10:00am - 16:00pm).

However, for files that have ceased, these will be made available for viewing or for obtaining copies within 7 working days.
