The lists available to download dated 2.12.09 and 31.12.09 are lists of companies that failed to file an annual return in 2008 under the previous Companies Law. For a number of reasons these companies were retained on the register at the request of Income tax. However, these companies have now been struck from the register.  

The two other lists available for download (dated 3 December 2009) are those companies that have been struck from the register for failing to file an annual validation in 2009 under the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008.

Copies of these strike off lists can be viewed at the Registry offices in Fountain Street, St Peter Port.
