In accordance with Section 274B of The Companies (Recognition of Auditors) Ordinance, 2010, the Registrar shall establish and maintain a Register of Recognised Auditors which shall contain details of all those who:

  • under Section 274E are auditors eligible to be entered on the register, and
  • who have applied to be included on the Register and have paid the fee determined by the regulations of the Department (under section 274D(2).
