Director Registration

In order to use the new on-line registry system ALL directors will need to register.

A director can come into the office with formal identification or a corporate service provider (CSP) can register on a directors behalf. (A passport, driving licence or other photographic identification will be required.)

Registration is a very simple process and the forms for use can be downloaded here.

Application forms for Director Registration will be accepted by the Registry from Tuesday 1 July 2008.

Company Re-registration

All Guernsey companies will need to be re-registered on the new on-line system.

Again, this is a very simple process and the forms for use can be downloaded here

Please note that the directors information may be pre-populated if company numbers are provided at director registration.

Guernsey Corporate Directors DO NOT need to register on the system. ALL Overseas Corporate Director DO NEED to register on the system
