15 Minute Incorporations

Available with effect from Wednesday 19 November 2008

15 minute incorporations are only available under the following circumstances:

  • during office hours
  • the purpose of the company must be simple asset holding
  • the company must be unregulated
  • the standard memorandum and articles must be used
  • the application must comply with the law and with the policy on names
