Training and Events at the Registry

Registry staff believe that it is important to maintain regular contact with interested parties regarding the work of the Registry and its staff.

The following shows the types of communication initiatives that Registry staff have been involved in:

20 August 2008 - CGI

Presentation to The Confederation of Guernsey Industry by Mark Whiteley and other members of the Registry team.

The purpose of the presentation to was to raise awareness of the new on-line system and the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008.

23 September 2008 - Company Law Masterclass

Mark Whiteley was invited to present at this master class set up by the GTA University Centre and sponsored by Collas Day. Other speakers included Ian Kirk, Jason Romer, Sean Cheong, Paul Wilkes and Gareth Bell of Collas Day; Mark Thompson - KPMG; and, Graham Parrott - Ernst & Young;
