Transitional Provisions Regulations - Date Update
The Registrar has published guidance regarding the requirements of The Companies (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012.
The Commerce and Employment Board has extended these regulations to 31 December 2013 in order to allow sufficient time for the Company Law amendments to come into force.
Companies that were in existence under the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 1994 have been given until 31 December 2013 to ensure compliance with the new legislation - The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008.
