Certificates of Good Standing - Jan 2012
Between 1 January and 31 January 2012 Certificates of Good Standing will not be able to be ordered using the Registry online services portal.
Please note that a certificate of good standing can only be issued IF the company in question has submitted its annual validation in 2012.
If you require certificates of good standing between these dates a request should be sent to enquiries@guernseyregistry.com detailing the following:
1. Company Name;
2. Company Number;
3. Whether a certified copy is required (£25) or an electronic copy is required (£10);
4. A postal address (if a certified copy has been requested);
5. Payment - if you have a Registry account please detail the account to be charged. If you do not have an account please provide a telephone number so payment details can be taken over the phone.
