What is a Corporate Service Provider

A company regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and holding a full fiduciary licence can undertake company incorporations in Guernsey. These companies are known as Corporate Service Providers (CSPs).

A CSP can incorporate a company on behalf of its founding members and can also act as the Resident Agent for the company, a requirement under section 484 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008. The CSP can then carry out management of the particulars of the company as detailed on the register on behalf of the company.

Certain CSPs are also happy to act solely as company formation agents to incorporate your company whilst leaving the director(s) or secretary responsible for the administration thereafter.
