Failure to file annual validation - 2017
The strike off list in this section gives details of LLP's who failed to comply with Section 22 of The Limited Liability Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 2013 and file an Annual Validation submission by 30th June 2017. Unless cause is shown to the contrary, LLP's listed for strike off will be struck from the Register not less than 2 months from the published date. Those LLP's listed in the 'Struck off' section have now been struck from the Register.
