Amendments to the Companies (Audit Exemption) Regulations
Amendments have been made by regulation to the Companies (Audit Exemption) Regulations 2008.
Section 2 of the original regulations (regarding companies deemed to be small companies) now prescribes another category of company that can be deemed to be a 'small company'.
